PermanenceAI is a service of SINAY STRATEGIC LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming (United States). We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities.

Target level
- This website aims to conform to level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.
- Status: partially conformant. Known non-conformities are listed below and are being fixed.
Measures taken
- Language and reading direction declared on every page (including Hebrew, right to left).
- Full keyboard navigation, a skip-to-content link and a visible focus indicator.
- Structured headings, text alternatives for informative images, labelled forms.
- Stronger colour contrast, text that can be enlarged to 200% without loss of information, mobile-friendly layout.
- Reduced animations when your system asks for it (“reduce motion” setting).
Known limitations
- The chat and voice demo window is provided by our technology provider: its keyboard and screen reader support may be incomplete. The callback form and our email address are always available instead.
- The customer area (app.permanenceia.com) runs on our provider’s platform.
- Some PDF documents (sales presentation) are not fully tagged.
