PermanenceAI is a service of SINAY STRATEGIC LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming (United States). We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities.

Target level

This website aims to conform to level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.
Status: partially conformant. Known non-conformities are listed below and are being fixed.

Measures taken

Language and reading direction declared on every page (including Hebrew, right to left).
Full keyboard navigation, a skip-to-content link and a visible focus indicator.
Structured headings, text alternatives for informative images, labelled forms.
Stronger colour contrast, text that can be enlarged to 200% without loss of information, mobile-friendly layout.
Reduced animations when your system asks for it (“reduce motion” setting).

Known limitations

The chat and voice demo window is provided by our technology provider: its keyboard and screen reader support may be incomplete. The callback form and our email address are always available instead.
The customer area (app.permanenceia.com) runs on our provider’s platform.
Some PDF documents (sales presentation) are not fully tagged.
