Guide · Call tracking and automations
Extract the key details from every call
Define the data the AI extracts after each call and send it to your tools.
AvailabilityAll plans.
Define the data to extract
After each call, the AI reads back the conversation and fills in the fields you have defined ("Post-call evaluation"). Two fields exist by default: "status" (goal met, yes/no) and "summary".
- Open the agent, post-call data section.
- Add a field: a lower-case name with no spaces (for example appointment_booked), a type (text, number, yes/no) and a precise description.
- Examples: budget (number), decision_maker (yes/no), call_reason (text), urgency (number from 1 to 10).
Tip
The more precise the description, the more reliable the extraction. Keep it consistent with the goal set out in the instructions.
Send the results to your tools
Each payload includes the number, duration, status, extracted data, original variables and transcript.
- "Webhooks & channels" section: switch sending on and paste the receiving address (webhook).
- Choose whether to send only completed calls or all calls, with or without the recording link.
- Save, then click "Make test request" to check it arrives.
Using this data
- Automatically retry in a campaign until the goal is met.
- Update your CRM or a Google Sheet, or alert your team, using automations.
