Run a call (or message) campaign
Have your agent call a list of contacts, with calling hours, retries and goals.
AvailabilityAssistant plan and above.
Before you start
- Calls: a "Make phone calls" agent with a number, and minutes available.
- WhatsApp: a connected sender and an approved template. SMS: an SMS-capable number. Both use message credits.
- Contacts who have agreed to be contacted.
Create the campaign
- Open "Campaigns" and create a campaign: name, channel ("Call", "WhatsApp" or "SMS") and agent.
- Hours: one or more time windows per day (for example 9am–12pm and 2pm–6pm) and the days allowed.
- Retries: number of attempts (1 to 5) and the gap between attempts; choose whether voicemail counts as an attempt.
- "Retry until goal completed" option: the campaign keeps calling until the goal is met (a yes/no post-call field, for example appointment booked).
- Add contacts (manually or by importing a file), then click "Start Campaign".
Monitor and adjust
- The campaign dashboard shows calls in progress, completed calls, remaining contacts and the next call.
- To change the settings: pause the campaign, make your changes, then restart it. Nothing is lost.
- Fallback option: after the last call attempt, send a single SMS or WhatsApp template.
Tip
Start with 2 or 3 attempts during office hours in your contacts’ country, and always honour opt-out requests ("Blacklist" menu).
