Design a call script with the Flow Builder
Map out a conversation as connected blocks, with different paths depending on the answers.
AvailabilityAssistant plan and above.
When to use it
The Flow Builder is ideal for a structured script with several branches (qualification, multi-step booking). For a simple, open conversation, written instructions are enough.
Open the Flow Builder
- Open the agent, instructions section, "Flow Builder" tab.
- Click "Launch Flow Builder".
- Start from the existing script, a blank canvas or a template.
The 5 block types
- "Start": the start of the call and the greeting (only one per script).
- "Speak": a line said word for word.
- "Prompt": an instruction the AI rephrases to suit the context.
- "Action": transfer the call, book an appointment or run a custom tool.
- "End": hang up, transfer, or hand over to another agent.
Create branches
- Add a block with "+ Add Node".
- In a "Speak" or "Prompt" block, add outcomes ("Add Outcome"): "Interested", "Not interested", "Call back later"…
- Connect each outcome to the next block by dragging a line from its exit point.
- Click "Save".
Tip
Export your script regularly ("Export JSON") to keep a copy. Test every path before going live.
