Understanding minutes, credit and billing

What you pay for

Your monthly plan, with call minutes included.
Minutes beyond your plan, paid for from your credit ("Credits": 100 credits = $1).
WhatsApp messages, SMS and written AI replies, paid for with message credits.
Dedicated numbers, from $5.99 a month depending on the country.

How minutes are counted

The minutes used by each call are shown in "Calls history".
Included minutes renew every month, on your subscription date.
Test calls (browser or phone) also use minutes.

Where to manage what

"Add credits": buy a top-up; credit never expires.
"Change plan": switch plans. If you often go over, the next plan up works out cheaper per minute.
"Billing info": payment method, invoices and subscription.
"Limits": what your plan allows (agents, concurrent calls, numbers…).

Tip

The "Dashboard" shows your usage for the month. With automations, you can get an alert when you are nearing your limit.
